- ALLPOWERS is cheap per watt-hour, and its R-series uses long-life LiFePO4 batteries
- Its Trustpilot score is 2.2 out of 5 (101 reviews, October 2026), and two-thirds of reviews are 1-star
- Owners widely report support emails going unanswered for weeks, and warranty claims stalling
- Independent tests measured usable capacity well below rated figures, as low as about 61% on the S2000 Pro
- The S2000 Pro uses NCM chemistry, not LiFePO4, despite being marketed alongside the LiFePO4 models
- We do not currently recommend ALLPOWERS, and never for medical devices or sump pumps
ALLPOWERS sells low-priced power stations, and most of its R-series uses LiFePO4 batteries. But as of October 2026 it holds a 2.2/5 Trustpilot score, owners report slow or missing support responses, and independent tests found usable capacity well under the rated figures. PoweredThrough does not currently recommend ALLPOWERS. For a budget unit, the EcoFlow River 2 or Jackery Explorer 1000 v2 cost more but come with dependable warranty support.
What ALLPOWERS Gets Right
Where ALLPOWERS Falls Short
Our Verdict: Not Recommended Right Now
We want to be upfront about something unusual: PoweredThrough is an approved ALLPOWERS affiliate. We could earn a commission on every unit we send their way. We still don't recommend them, because the research doesn't support it.
We started this review expecting to position ALLPOWERS as a budget pick for camping and RV use. After checking owner reviews, independent lab tests, and the company's own warranty terms, we removed ALLPOWERS from every recommendation on this site, including our sizing calculator. We'll revisit this page if their support record and independent test results improve.
If a power failure would put someone's health or your home at risk, don't use a budget brand with an unproven support record. See our medical device backup guide and sump pump backup guide for units with dependable warranty service.
Who Is ALLPOWERS?
ALLPOWERS is a Shenzhen-based maker of portable power stations and folding solar panels, selling directly through its own online stores and through large marketplaces. Its pitch is simple: more features and more battery for less money than EcoFlow, Jackery, or Bluetti.
One point of confusion worth clearing up: ALLPOWERS is not the same company as "All Power", a separate brand of gasoline generators that had a product recall in 2016. We found no CPSC recall for ALLPOWERS power stations as of October 2026.
The ALLPOWERS Lineup: What the Specs Really Say
These are the three models most often sold in the US. We list only figures confirmed by at least three independent sources; where sources disagree, we say so.
| Model | Capacity | Chemistry | AC Output | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| R600 | 299 Wh | LiFePO4 | 600W | About 16 lb, 300W solar input |
| R1500 Lite | 1,056 Wh | LiFePO4 | 1,600W (3,200W surge) | 650W solar input; not the same unit as the R1500 |
| S2000 Pro | Listed as 1,500 or 1,451 Wh | NCM (not LiFePO4) | 2,400W (4,000W surge) | About 32 lb, 30A RV outlet |
Two things stand out. First, the S2000 Pro is the odd one out on chemistry. NCM batteries typically carry lower cycle ratings than LiFePO4, and ALLPOWERS' own listings give it a much lower rating than the R-series. Second, the company's own product pages don't always agree with each other on capacity, weight, and charging figures, which makes it hard to know exactly what you're buying.
The UPS switchover times ALLPOWERS advertises (10ms on the R600, 15ms on the R1500 Lite) are manufacturer claims. We found no independent test confirming them, and no published switchover time at all for the S2000 Pro.
The Support and Warranty Problem
This is the main reason we don't recommend ALLPOWERS.
As of October 2026, ALLPOWERS holds a TrustScore of 2.2 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 101 reviews, with about two-thirds of them 1-star. Trustpilot notes the company has not responded to its negative reviews. The recurring complaints are consistent: units that arrive dead or fail within months, error codes and AC output cutting out, partial shipments, and emails that go unanswered.
Owner reports on deal forums and independent reviewers describe the same pattern. Support can go quiet for weeks, replacements take a long time to arrive, and refund requests turn into replacement offers. One review site sent ALLPOWERS a test support email and heard nothing back for a week, and found no phone line to call.
On paper, ALLPOWERS advertises a warranty of 2 to 5 years depending on the product, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee. Its own warranty policy only covers purchases from authorized sellers. A warranty is only worth what the company does when you use it, and the owner record here is poor.
We also found a small number of serious owner reports, including burning smells and sparking from an R1500 Lite and an R4000, and one reported fire involving an R600. These are individual reports we can't independently verify, but they carry more weight when the support record is this thin.
What Independent Testing Found
Independent lab and reviewer tests are where ALLPOWERS' specs and real-world performance come apart:
- Usable capacity came in low. One lab measured about 84% of rated capacity on the R600, and only about 61% on the S2000 Pro. A good LiFePO4 unit typically delivers 80 to 90% after inverter losses, so the S2000 Pro result is a real outlier.
- Battery readings can't always be trusted. StorageReview withdrew its recommendation of the R600 after reporting calibration problems and the unit losing power while sitting unused. Its S2000 Pro test shut off while the display still read 22%. A second outlet reported a similar early cutoff on the R1500.
- Missed specs. One reviewer's R1500 overheated, failed its surge test, and fell short of its advertised charging and solar figures.
- Fan noise and the app. Several reviewers describe the fans as loud, and the app as basic, with Bluetooth pairing problems on Android in particular.
To be fair, not every result is bad. Some owners report years of trouble-free use, and one reviewer found the R1500 Lite quiet at moderate loads. But for gear you buy to rely on during an outage, the pattern of unreliable readings and low usable capacity is a serious problem.
What We Recommend Instead
These cost more up front than ALLPOWERS, but they use LiFePO4 batteries and come with warranty support that owners consistently report actually works. Prices change often, so check the current price before you buy.
The small, light pick for car camping, phone and laptop charging, and lights. LiFePO4 battery, fast AC charging, and EcoFlow's 5-year warranty. It has less raw output than the R600, so check your devices' wattage first, but it comes from a company with a proven support record.
A similar 1,000Wh class unit with a LiFePO4 battery and a 5-year warranty. At 23.8 lb it's lighter than most units its size, which makes it the better fit for camping and travel.
If you're shopping the R1500 Lite for home backup, the Delta 2 is the stronger choice: 1,800W output, six AC outlets, LiFePO4, a 5-year warranty, and expandable capacity with an add-on battery.
For RV owners who were drawn to the S2000 Pro's size, the Delta 2 Max is our step up: a larger LiFePO4 battery, expandable capacity, and the same dependable EcoFlow warranty. Read our RV guide for what a power station can and can't run in an RV.
How We Researched This Review
We don't publish a claim unless at least three independent sources support it. For this review we checked ALLPOWERS' own product and warranty pages, its Trustpilot listing, deal-forum owner threads, and independent tests from StorageReview, The Solar Lab, Nextpit, ADAC, BatterySkills, and The Gadgeteer. Where a figure came from a single test, we say so above. We also searched the CPSC recall database.
PoweredThrough is an approved ALLPOWERS affiliate, but this page contains no ALLPOWERS buy links because we don't currently recommend the brand. We earn a commission if you buy one of the alternatives above through our links. We hold affiliate relationships with competing brands at the same time, so no single manufacturer benefits from our coverage.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is ALLPOWERS a good brand?
ALLPOWERS offers low prices and LiFePO4 batteries on its R-series, but we don't currently recommend it. As of October 2026 it holds a 2.2/5 Trustpilot score from 101 reviews, owners report support emails going unanswered for weeks, and independent tests measured usable capacity well below rated figures.
Does ALLPOWERS use LiFePO4 batteries?
Most of the R-series does, including the R600 and R1500 Lite. The S2000 Pro does not: it uses NCM (ternary lithium) chemistry, which typically has a lower cycle rating than LiFePO4.
What is the ALLPOWERS warranty?
ALLPOWERS advertises a warranty of 2 to 5 years depending on the product, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee, and only covers purchases from authorized sellers. Owner reports describe slow responses and claims that stall, so the warranty is less reliable in practice than the terms suggest.
Is ALLPOWERS better than EcoFlow or Jackery?
ALLPOWERS is usually cheaper per watt-hour, but EcoFlow and Jackery have much stronger support records and their units deliver closer to their rated capacity in independent tests. For anything you need to rely on, EcoFlow or Jackery is the better buy.
Can I use an ALLPOWERS power station for a CPAP or sump pump?
We don't recommend it. For medical devices and sump pumps, a failure can put health or property at risk, so choose a brand with dependable warranty support. See our medical device guide and sump pump guide.
Has ALLPOWERS had a recall?
We found no CPSC recall for ALLPOWERS power stations as of October 2026. Don't confuse it with "All Power", a separate gasoline generator brand that had a recall in 2016.
